ROSELLE THERESA GILLET

Roselle Theresa Gillet passed away on June 19, 2014 in Lake Havasu City, AZ at the age of 90. She was born in Jersey City, NJ on November 14, 1923 to Charles E. Smith and Theresa J. (Pogany).

Roselle was a proud WWII Army Air Corps Veteran. She met Louis Gillet while both were B-29 mechanics in Kansas. After the war, he became an L.A.P.D officer, he was her John Wayne and they were married 63 years until his death in 2009. She loved the Air Force, sewing, crocheting and volunteering her skills with Hospice of Havasu.

Roselle is survived by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Louis and son Randy Gillet.

She will be laid to rest with her husband in his birthplace of San Antonio, Texas.
