Robbie O. Brasfield, 81, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2005 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He was born on December 9, 1923 in Lauderdale, TN. Robbie moved to Arizona 22 years ago from Salem, OR; and has lived in Lake Havasu City, AZ; for the past 15 years. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Corps; WWII. Robbie owned a bookkeeping and tax service business in Portland and Salem, OR; for 40 years. He was an avid fisherman and a member of the Presbyterian Church and D.A.V. Robbie is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Ellen Brasfield; son John D. Brasfield of Livingston, TX; daughters Nancy E. Baldwin of Salem, OR; Carol A. Kviz of Portland, OR; Deborah J. Arnold of Salem, OR; Christine E. Moorman of Salem, OR; sisters Mary Ellen Miller of Ripley, TN; Mary Ellen Roberts of Long Beach, CA; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Sunday, February 20, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Richard Rounds officiating.
