Joni Kay Blassingame passed away April 25, 2013 in Kingman, Arizona. Joni was born October 31, 1958 in Rolla, North Dakota to Charles and Gayl (Bedard) Lamoureux.
She leaves behind her daughter Holly Blassingame, brothers Don Lamoureux and Brian Lamoureux and sister Cary Jaspers.
