Daniel Wayne Jensen passed away July 15, 2013 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Daniel was born February 20, 1962, in Pomona California to Palle and Donna (Stolfus) Jensen.
Daniel leaves behind his sisters, Shellya Baldwin and Shantell Adams-Winders.
